I’m 20 now, time past. But I also achieve to lose a little. Not much but it’s still something right ! But I still have 14 pounds to lose to feel good in my own body, to have the feeling to BE me, and I hope I will reach it for summer. Feel free to speak to me about anything you want :)

I’m drinking a lot of water and green tea which is better for the skin but also for the body, health, everything, so it’s a good habit.
I’m also going to start a diet with 5-6 meals/day. I’ve tried a lot of different diet and lifestyle possibilty but it just hasn’t been working yet, so I’m trying something new.
It’s a diet where you can eat almost everything you want (of course, avoid every junk food to be healthy). But you can’t have more than 500 kcal for each meal, and I’m trying to not eat over 1400kcal a day.
You also have to exercice 5 times a week at least 25 minutes cardio and then pilates to ton your body.
